Aktivn\u00ed \u010dlenstv\u00ed je otev\u0159en\u00e9 pro hudebn\u00edky v\u0161ech n\u00e1rodnost\u00ed, pokud je jim 13 a\u017e 26 let a hraj\u00ed na jeden z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f: housle, viola, violoncello, kontrabas, fl\u00e9tna, hoboj, klarinet, fagot, lesn\u00ed roh, trubka, pozoun, tuba, bic\u00ed, harfa, klav\u00edr. (Nezapome\u0148te pros\u00edm, \u017ee se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 dobr\u00e1 hra z listu.) P\u0159ednostn\u011b hled\u00e1me uchaze\u010de z Prahy a v\u011bkovou kategorii 16 a\u017e 21 let. Jedn\u00e1 se o projektov\u00fd orchestr, a to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee od produkce k produkci m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m \u010dlenstv\u00ed, resp. obsazen\u00ed. Praha je sv\u011btov\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako centrum hudby sv\u011btov\u00e9ho form\u00e1tu: \u010ce\u0161i sami o sob\u011b \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed \u201eCo \u010cech to muzikant\u201d. Nedostatek hudebn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed si sebou p\u0159inesou spr\u00e1vn\u00fd postoj a schopnosti, bychom m\u00edt nem\u011bli. Nadto by m\u011bl b\u00fdt mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed ml\u00e1de\u017enick\u00fd orchestr schopen z\u00edskat srdce t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed k evropsk\u00e9 hudebn\u00ed tradici bl\u00edzko. V\u017edy\u0165 v Praze ji\u017e existuje origin\u00e1ln\u00ed tradice Mozartovy a Dvo\u0159\u00e1kovy hudby. M\u00e1me v \u00famyslu na tuto tradici nav\u00e1zat a nadto hr\u00e1t symfonie od Haydna, Beethovena a Brahmse, jako\u017e i Beethovenovy klav\u00edrn\u00ed koncerty. Jsme samoz\u0159ejm\u011b otev\u0159eni i pro modern\u00ed hudbu a crossoverov\u00e9 projekty. To je hudba, kterou mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed hr\u00e1t. Chceme vytvo\u0159it spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed tak, aby mohl pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt sv\u016fj potenci\u00e1l. \u010clenov\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou schopni hr\u00e1t s\u00f3lov\u00e9 koncerty s orchestrem, k tomu dostanou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost. Student\u016fm dirigov\u00e1n\u00ed a skladatel\u016fm se dostane stejn\u00e9 podpory jako komorn\u00edm skupin\u00e1m v orchestru. V budoucnu douf\u00e1me ve v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 \u010dlen\u016f orchestru, na za\u010d\u00e1tku bude orchestr ov\u0161em daleko men\u0161\u00ed.<\/div>\n<div class=\"pintjo-paragraph-index\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 1.5rem; text-align: center;\">\nB\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<div class=\"pintjo-longtext\"><b>Publikum<\/b> je u hudebn\u00edch p\u0159edstaven\u00ed ten nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed konstantn\u00ed faktor.
